What do I need to know to set up the service?

How much data do I want to store in the cloud? How many users will access my data (e.g. a second colleague within the doctor's office)? Will I want to connect my modality (ultrasound, X-ray, ECG, etc.) to the Cloud? Will I describe mammogram images or ECG curves? Do I need 3D reconstructions, mergers, etc.?

Will placing systems in the cloud affect the response time?

It depends on the speed and stability of your data connection to the Internet. However, the vast majority of providers provide data services of adequate quality to work smoothly with Dicompass Cloud.

Is it possible to view data without installing the browser?

Cloud browser Dicompass Gateway WebViewer is a web browser, thus all the user needs to do is log into their cloud account and then they can use all the features of their browser.

Can I view data without depending on my computer?

The cloud browser is accessible from all computers running on Windows 10, macOS, Linux and mobile devices with Andoid or iOS with modern browsers such as Chrome, EDGE, Firefox, etc. After logging into the account, all stored data is available.

Can I change the tariff while using the services?

Changing the tariff during use is not a problem. You can change the settings in your account administration.

Can I change the payment frequency while using the services?

Yes, you can. To change the frequency of payments, contact us at helpdesk@medoro.org.

Yes, you can. You can purchase additional services in your account administration.

When will I get access to the browser?

Accesses are sent to the email provided during registration no later than the next working day after crediting the payment to the account. But we can usually do it the same working day.
